Lazza Chicken
This is a delightful dish of chicken tikka cooked in a mild sauce
coconut milk and yogurt and flavoured with star anise, saffron and bay leaf.


Murg Palpali
Fine Marinated chicken tikka, cooked with garlic ginger,
fenugreek leaf and touch of chilli yogurt, lots of fresh corriander.
Very tasty dish.


Chicken or Lamb Tikka Masala
Cooked in a specially blended sauce with a mixture of spices and
Jalfrazi (Chicken or Lamb Tikka)
Superbly aromatic hot dish cooked with green chilliies, onion
and capsicum.
Chicken Passanda (Creamy)
Rich creamy sauced, cooked with cashew nuts
Chicken or Lamb Tikka Saagwala
King Prawn cooked with spinach. Medium spice.
Chicken or Lamb Haripur
Lamb or Chicken tikka cooked with potatoes and special aromatic herbs.
Gosht Silsila
Lamb cooked in cilamansi juice (wild lemon), a superb lamb
dish with lots of flavour. Medium hot.
Mustakai Lamb or Chicken
A famous Parsi weeding dish. Tender lamb or chicken cooked with garlic, ginger, diced onion, pepper, fenugreek leaf, spicy
red masala and spring onion. prawn marinated in spice and
fried with breadcrumbs.
Butter Chicken
Lamb cooked in a chef's selected herbs, roast onions, green pepper, corriander with a mixture of indiian exotice pickles.
Tandoor King Prawn Masala
Marinated in a prepared sauce of selected herbs and spices barbecued in a tandoori oven then topped off with almond nuts and a dash of cream.
